Finally got dragon imps looting yesterday , the delay was because of the issue I had fixing the problem in the above post of the limiting of the catching.  I was able to set the limit and a 1 hr timer before you are able to catch dragon imips again.  Also resolved the issue of relogging and resetting the timer.  The limit is 5 dragon imps an hr, with this, I think I can add some decent items into the looting system. 

Falador shield has been updated and works properly and set into 2 boss monsters.  The shield I regret to inform does NOT recharge when "operated" while being worn.  It only works while in inventory and the "recharge prayer" option is available.  Details in above post.
