Server Updates / ::EMPTY OR ::CLEAR

As shown on the title:
::EMPTY - Empties out all items in your inventory
1 - How would this benefit the server/players?
*Players might not to bank
*Instead of dropping just empty it
2 - Is your suggestion feasable / reasonable?
I think its reasonable because when your in the Skilling place you don't have to teleport back to home and sell it to the "shopkeeper".
3 - Must consider price range for eco. (This means for example making dchain 1gp. Price MUST equal time spent achieving it/rarity/and use of the item or suggestion. Making bone crusher 1gp or easy to achieve would not be feasable/reasonable as it TREMENDOUSLY benefits the player)
4 - Would this honestly be something worth the time to make, or is it just something you are wanting for a fast lvl up and or a quick non lasting benefit to yourself.
I think its worth the time to make but other servers has it. In addition its a "Suggestion" topic so I'm just putting something out there
